| Curriculum Guides | The educational mission of Girl Museum is directly related to each current exhibition. As we grow, this will expand as well. We want to give girls ideas to think about on their own as well as create dialogue. Exploring knowledge and creating confidence in the ability to express thoughtful ideas builds self-esteem. For each of our exhibition series, Girlhood in Art, Art of Girlhood and Girls in the World, we will provide an accompanying curriculum. Girl Museum exhibitions can be viewed in a classroom, at the kitchen table or in a hammock. This gives you the opportunity to spend time with the images in a familiar environment; free to write or discuss questions or ideas you have without the restrictions of a physical museum space. Take your time and have fun. |
