Dear Reader,
This month has been dominated by stories about two very different seeming, but intertwined themes, climate change protests and abortion bans. As usual, control over the bodies and minds of girls and women are the focus of most political blowback. With girls standing up and taking charge, the patriarchy is threatened and it makes draconian laws to put females into their place. Hopefully this time, the outcome will be different.
