Dear Reader,
At the end of the year, we meet with the forces of positive change and resistance colliding, jockeying for supremacy. In this issue, we see heartbreak and triumph as well as amazing achievements and tragedies. As we read and reflect on what 2018 meant in our own lives, let us never forget the silenced, the marginalized, the overlooked, and the downtrodden. We make choices, but so does everyone else and everything we do affects everyone in turn. Make sure you are always on the right side of social justice and fighting for rights of girls and children everywhere.
