Do you ever hesitate to put on a swimsuit because you are afraid of how your body will look in it, especially a bikini? These fears are not stopping Isa-Bella Leclair. The nineteen-year old Canadian student was born with Parkes Weber Syndrome, a rare genetic condition that causes her right leg to swell. She recently shared a picture of herself in a bikini on twitter to help inspire body confidence and positivity in other girls.
“My condition doesn’t define me and there’s no way I would let it stop me from wearing a cute swimsuit or a cute dress,” Isa-Bella told The Telegraph in an interview. Isa-Bella also recently entered and won a title in a beauty competition in her hometown of Campbellton.
In the same interview, Isa-Bella‚Äôs mother Joan shared that “As a mom, I would expect her to come back home from school crying because she couldn’t do something, but that day never came – not once.‚Äù
