Dear Reader,
This month has seen so much violence against children and especially girls, that we can only hope the situation will change in the near future. Girls targeted at the most recent Texas school shooting, forced abortions and period taboos show us there is still a long way to go. But we are seeing signs of hope – girls master science and make their way in former male-only groups and jobs. We invite you to discover their stories in this issue.
